Jeans and heels

Photobucket Photobucket Photobucket
shirt: marks & spencer's // jeans: hurley // heels: my moms // belt: toscano // necklace: malaysia

It's ironic how as a child, I would look at some of my mom's clothes and think to myself, "I don't think I'd ever wear that," and now I find myself often digging through her closet often to borrow a shirt or scarf. I have come to admire many of her belts and cardigans and am beginning to realize that her fashion sense is isn't half so bad after all. It's actually very good.

Oh, and jeans with heels? In love. Although I'll probably tower over half of the people in Wal-Mart tomorrow if I pull it off. Hah.

P.S. Photos by Mikey and Mom. Love you guys.

    1. Thanks, Abby! I'm about 5'7" so with the heels, almost 5'10". Lots of people around here are pretty short, though. So I feel like a giant. Haha. ;)

  5. adorable outfit! I love jeans and heels, Id wear them everyday if it weren't for the fact i'm 5'10" and already taller than most women in heels. :/

  9. Hmm...I need to wear heels because I'm only 5'1"-5'2" (I like saying 5'2 because it makes me feel taller, but I'm probably really somewhere in between). Though I've never really done the "jeans with heels" look...or heels with anything except a skirt or dress really. I've associated heels with dressing up, but I guess that doesn't necessarily have the be the only case!

  12. I was saying just the same thing to my mum this morning--she has a skirt which I used to hate, but now am trying to claim for myself.
And it basically made my day that your shirt is from M&S. I've never seen a fashion/style blogger with clothes from there before--yay!

  16. Oh my goodness Kimberly, this is THE cutest outfit I've seen in the blogosphere yet! The belt, the shirt, the heels, the everything. So cute. And I can relate about towering over people in Walmart. Already doing that without the heels. HA!

  17. Towering is the best. I definitely do not know from personal experience. But I can imagine it.. and, and it would be awesome. So, I'm definitely with you.

Awww... Isn't funny how our styles change as we grow up. For me, gain a sense of style. ;) I love the shirt, and the belt, and the necklace. And the shirt. ;)

You are too cute for your own good (how will you manage all alone at college without me to fend off the guys. Bahaha).

    Love,
